FOUNDATION
ARYABHATTA Polytechnic was established in Sabbavaram, Visakhapatnam Dist, AP, Department of govt of AP. The polytechnic was virtually inaugurated on 13th November 2013. The polytechnic was recognizedby AICTE vide Memo No’s: LR No.F.No. South-Central/1-2060148211/2014/LOA/Corrigendum-1.The polytechnic initially sanctioned 300intakes in 3 branches DCE,DEEE, and DME in 2014.

FOUNDERS
The polytechnic had its birth and growth due to the strong spirit of education service manifested effectively by the efforts of the two chief donors Sri Chandana Mahandatanaidu and Smt. Chandana Sridevi Naturally, these two persons are considered the founders of the polytechnic. Let us know about them in more detail individually.
Sri Chandana Mahandata Naidu
He had been a prominent landlord and normal Government employee in Vizianagaram for more than 4 decades. He was born on 27/06/1958. In addition, Sri CH.M.Naidu had been an inevitable part of all village development ventures. He was the founder and secretary of the SLG educational society which established a Telugu Mediumschool at different periods. He paired with Smt Ch. Sridevi and established the polytechnic in 2009 at Bondapalli, VizianagaramDist.to bring technical education to rural India. Later he founded another chance technical education in the rural area and established this institute. Smt. Chandana Sridevi
Smt. Chandana Sridevi was the founder and President of the society and the polytechnic. It had beenreceived by the polytechnic since its inception with meticulous planning, effective execution, stimulating synchronization, economic wisdom, and an uncompromising zeal for the promotion of technical education in a rural corner such as Bondapalli & Sabbavaram. The polytechnic owes a lot to the magnificent work for its state-wide name and fame to be in the front ranks of the Diploma Engineering education. To quench her thirst for educational service,she is affectionately known as the mother of ARYABHATTA POLYTECHNIC.
Sri R. Nagabhushana Rao
Sri R.Nagabhushana Raodid his B.Tech & M.Tech from JNTUK with distinction. He started his career as Lecturer in 2011at Sai Krishna Polytechnic,Bondapalli From 2011 to 2014 he worked as a Lecturer and was promoted to Head of the DCE Section in 2014. After that, he is promoted as vice-principal to the ARYABHATTA POLYTECHNIC from 2014 to 2018. His dedication, determination, and commitment to service made him appointed as Principal of ARYABHATTA Polytechnic, Sabbavaram in April 2019. During Nagabhushanarao Tenure as Principal, the Polytechnic reached greater heights.
